HOW TO BOOK

Tickets can be booked starting from the date written in the column on the right of the calendar below

per e-mail: concert@fazioli.com (any time after midnight). You are requested to write your full name and phone number.
by calling +39 0434 72576 ext. 3 from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm

EXAMPLE: for the concert of November 16, bookings will open on Monday, 5 November. Those wishing to book per email can do so during the night between Sunday, 4 and Monday, 5 (provided that the email is sent after midnight, so that the date shown by the server is Monday, 5). Those wishing to call will have to wait until the afternoon of Monday, 5.

COLLECTING THE TICKETS AND PAYMENTS

If you have already booked your tickets:

Tickets can be collected the evening of the concert itself between 8.00 and 8.30 pm (payment is possible by cash, bancomat, credit card). Tickets not collected within 8:30 pm will be re-listed (unless otherwise agreed on the phone). Due to the limited availability of seats, we request our audience to inform our offices in time in case of mishap.

We reserve the right not to accept requests by members of the audience who had an inappropriate behaviour or disregarded their booking more than twice in a row without informing our reception on time.

If you have not booked your tickets:

Only the evening of the concert itself, from 07.45 to 08.45 pm.

Protection of personal data: Fazioli Concert Hall shall ensure the confidentiality in the treatment of personal data of its audience members, in accordance with the Legislative Decree 196/2003, with exclusive use for communications related to the activity of the concert hall itself.
